Screening Process

STEP 1: Have Tenant(s) complete Rent Check Application which includes disclosure and authorization.

STEP 2: Have Tenant(s) complete Criminal Background authorization form. (The processing of this form is optional but sometimes when asking for completion, important information is voluntarily provided)

STEP 3: Request Tenant reference check from membership distribution list

STEP 4: Call references contained in application

STEP 5: If you are satisfied with results of Steps 1 through 4 above, go to Rent Check and request "Tenancy and Credit Report" and / or "Criminal Background report".

STEP 6: Make a well informed decision.
