REGISTRATION REQUIRES COMPLETION OF ALL 5 STEPS
Step 1: Read Membership RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES.
Step 2: Register for RentSmart Landlord Course.
RentSmart - Landlord is compulsory education and new members must attend a course within 6 months of joining. To register please select link below:
Step 3: Pay your membership dues (Credit Card / PayPal).
Pay the first year membership fee of $175 ($100/year for subsequent yearly membership) by clicking on the PayPal button below:
Note: CKLA membership is conditional to RENTCHECK approval. If your RENTCHECK approval is denied, your payment will be promptly refunded.
Step 4: Complete the registration form and apply for RENTCHECK.
Select the blue tab "APPLY FOR RENTCHECK". They will require proof of rental property ownership (tax roll, insurance certificate, etc.)
Ensure you read and complete all instructions!
Step 5: Accessing Member's Page and Updating your Profile
You will receive an email with a temporary password to access the Members' Page on the website. This password will provide limited access until your application to RENTCHECK has been approved. Once you are provided full access please login and access the Members' Page and select 'Edit my Profile' to change your password and complete your profile. ENSURE you enable updates by email or you will not received meeting notifications.
